Item Description
First is 2.75" tall embossed brass stickpin with his portrait. Second is 7/8" embossed brass pin with his portrait and slogan "I'm The Gink." Both of these have N. Mint luster. Next is 2.5" tall figural pocket knife which has shortened and worn 1.25" blade remaining. Blade will not fold completely closed. Front of the piece is detail of him as the Tramp character and reverse shows his body in a back view. Small piece of metal missing that once formed his left front shoe. Only Good condition but first we've seen. Next is 2.75" tall vintage cast lead metal and very nicely detailed figure. Most paint remains although it shows a little scattered general wear. Next is 1.5" tall white metal novelty capable of squirting water. Reverse has .25" tube to which a hose and squeeze bulb would be attached. A curious viewer could then be given a shot of water from a pinpoint sized hole at the middle of Chaplin's jacket. His name appears below as "C. Chaplin." Next is 13/16" silver luster token with his portrait on the front and date "1915" below. Reverse shows his shoes with text "Charlie Chaplin Jitney." Last is beautiful enamel on brass die-cut figure of him standing 1.25" tall. This has a teardrop-shaped metal base to the back which allows the figure to stand up. Unfortunately missing most enamel off his right leg and tiny dot off at neck but still wonderful color and rare. Underside is marked "Made In Czechoslovakia." A great group of vintage Chaplin items.
