Item Description
Coogan became famous as a child star after appearing as Chaplin's young sidekick in the film classic "The Kid" in 1921. This group of 5 items is from that time period and a few years later. First is 7/8" for "Jackie Coogan Club." Small surface wear in reflected light but displays cleanly. Next is rarely seen 1" for "Washington Herald-Times Jackie Coogan Club." Exc. and displays Mint. Next is rather worn button, first we've seen reading "Member The Movie Weekly Club/Jackie Coogan President." Orange rim has hairline crack and a number of tiny indents but still dispays quite clean and with gloss. Last is another first-seen reading "Jackie Coogan Club/Tacoma Theatre For Good Pictures." Button is flattened and has discoloration on lower and upper extreme edges. Condition just about Fair but still displays ok. Last is 1-3/8" long miniature working harmonica with a metal plate on top and underside each reading "Jackie Coogan." See following rare Coogan tin clicker.
