Item Description
The smallest of these are 13/16" and the largest 1.5". Top and bottom, left to right we have Harold Lloyd as "Lonesome Luke." .5" cello split on back but front displays clean. Second is rare "First National Pictures Marguerite de LaMonte." Next shows "Henry King." Somewhat flat but clean. Next is rare "Rin Tin Tin Club" button but with about a dozen tiny craze marks. Button has serial number in red "000" above the word "Member." Issued by "Grenada Theatre Church & Nostrand Ave." Still has W&H backpaper. Displays Fine in spite of the crazing. Next are 4 buttons from an early set issued by Oasis Cigarettes. First two have lightly tanned backpapers while final 2 are without papers. The stars are "S. Rankin Drew/Vitagraph." Tiny age dot on the text. Next is "Lilian Gish/Triangle." A bit flat but clean. Next is "Vivian Rich/American Film." Next is "Robert Warwick World Pictures." Next is choice color promoting "Butterfly Pictures." Has blank backpaper. Next is Universal Pictures promotional with name in Spanish "Una Versal." Her skirt shows North and South American continents above the slogan "The Peoples Choice." W&H paper. Next is "Mutual Movies Make Time Fly." Early and first we've seen with Bastian backpaper used only 1907-1920. Last is anti-Blue Law button with slogan "Vote Yes/Sunday/Movies." Surface has slight denting but totally clean. See rare Amos & Andy button #1180.
