4x6" stiff card folder opens to 12.25" in three sections. Reverse has 1934 Ralston copyright on the back. Back panel has 1x1" area bottom right corner with tiny bit of surface paper gone but the small bit of text affected remains readable. Front cover has ink stamp "May 16, 1936" with the "36" lightly crossed out and small inked "35" written below. Front cover has small die-cut slot as issued where the badge was held with front cover text from Tom "I'm Proud To Make You A Leader Of My Straight Shooters." Inside has message from Tom promoting the club member to this higher rank and stating that the recipient has shown "Leadership And Ability And I'm Proud Of You." Two panels of folder interior explain how to get an additional promotion to the rank of "Ranch Boss" and also pictures the badge. See our following two items #1140 and #1141. In spite of the dates previously mentioned, we do not believe either referenced badge was actually issued until 1938. Folder is VF and only the second example we recall offering.
