This ring came with item #1145 and is a 3.5x5.5" thin piece of paper detailing all the ring's features and functions. Paper has 3 horizontal and 1 vertical crease line as it was packaged with the ring. Paper has almost fully separated on the center fold but this has archival tape repair on the blank reverse and the front still displays extremely clean with just the slightest bit of the creasing evident. Actually much scarcer than the ring itself. VF.
