Eight rings issued in 1994 by AC Comics, publisher of the Femforce comic book which debuted in 1985 detailing the adventures of "Federal Emergency Missions Force/Femforce," an all-female superhero team. Seven of the rings are enameled metal with adjustable metal bands. These were advertised in consecutive issues of the comic book and available only by cutting out a coupon (photocopies were not allowed) and mailing that along with a check for $10.95 to obtain each ring. Since these rings were only offered individually in a single issues with limited time to respond, they are scarce and limited. Comics included in the lot are No. 68 featuring an ad for this ring promotion plus issues 69 through 75, each with a different ring ad offer (photos of all ads available online). While the coupons were clipped to be mailed in, original owner first made a photocopy and has taped those in place so the ads remain complete. These 7 rings are Ms. Victory, Synn, Stardust, She-Cat, Nightveil, Tara and Rad. This is the complete set of 7 produced for this promotion. Each comes in individual generic plastic box with foam insert. All are Mint as made. Also comes with a special and very limited promotional issue ring for the 75th issue. 2x3.5" sealed plastic bag with insert card contains goldtone metal ring with adjustable band and acrylic-covered insert showing Ms. Victory along with the number "75." Card text includes "This Femforce Premium Ring Is One Of Only 100 Produced Courtesy Of AC Comics And The Great American Ring Club, Inc." Mint as sealed.
