Item Description
1.5" brass with top loop. Scene shows diver and below is newspaper name plus inscription "Splash Week." Back text reads "Borough Of Manhattan Public Baths Swimming Contest Given By The N.Y. American 1916" along with the engraved name of the winner "Edward A. Moynihan Jr." Some luster loss on each side but most remains. This newspaper was noted for their elaborate comic strip sections and thus we placed the item in this section. Fine.
