Item Description
Smallest is 7/8" and largest is 1-5/8". Lithos are row 3, #2, #3 and #6 and row 4, #2, #4 and #5. Earliest button is row 1, #1 reading "Acme Athletic Club." This has slightly worn but readable backpaper from "Cameo Pepsin Gum." Only example we've seen. Slightly dented but quite clean. Other club names are: Buffalo Times Merry Times Club, Little Gripper Safety Club, Wash Radio Happy Club (faint bit of age on edge), Sooner Clean Plate Club, Clue Club (with Sherlock Holmes-style character), Uncle Jake's Club, Better Retail Selling Club, Lynden Label Club, Voice Of Safety Club (tiny dent over rear of car), Anderson Singing Club/State Theater Club, Lowenstein's Youth Club, Junior Citizens Club, Patch Club (showing boy with eye patch), Sundial Shoes Club, Simplex Flexies Pixie Club, Macoun Junior Grain Club, Skipper Frank Herman's Cartoon Carousel Club and "'Knoxie' Club." With minor noted exceptions, group is Exc. to Mint with vast majority displaying Mint.
