Item Description
1.25" wonderful portrait button of her standing between drawn stage draperies as if making her debut and in fact this button likely dates from the time of her first appearance in 1931. Made by Parisian Novelty with their name on the curl. Lower right includes small copyright symbol and "Fleischer Studios." Button has only the most trivial trace of surface wear under magnification. About as Mint as possible and from the Hake collection. We've seen only one or two other examples over 38 years. Rare.
