Auction #197 - Part II
Item numbers 992 through 2667 in auction 197
Item Description
Pair featuring the 2 different varieties produced by Gund c. 1958. Both are 9.5" tall with vinyl heads, fabric bodies, nicely detailed and include accessories of hat, removable cape and plastic sword. One has "Zorro" name printed on body, sticker on plastic hat. This one is complete with removable vinyl mask. Back of hat has a 1.5" split but o/w puppet has an unused appearance with just a few tiny pinholes on cape noticeable only when viewed closely. Still displays Exc. The other puppet has a more ornately detailed body but Zorro name appears on tag rather than chest. Hat is felt with name on hat band. This puppet is well worn with numerous splits in the fabric although more so on back than front. As is, just Good but comes along to show the distinct differences between the 2 puppets. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
