Item Description
2x1.25" stub with 2x2" ticket segment showing redtone picture of The Beatles. Ticket was for September 11, 1964 Gator Bowl stadium concert in Jacksonville, Floriday. Ticket remnant has some surface paper flakes at bottom right-hand corner but does not affect Beatles image. When ticket was torn, tear line went along Paul McCartney's hair but he appears to be complete. Ticket has some light handling wear but is Fine. Comes with 5.5x8.5" four-page booklet issued by WTRY radio, a New York station with the back cover showing a promotion for 200 Beatles tickets to be given away for a concert at Shea Stadium on August 15, 1965. Back shows b/w image of The Beatles and reproduction of ticket to be issued. "Is THIS Your Ticket To Ride?" Booklet has been folded horizontally three times and has a .75x5" strip of aging on the front cover and some small spots of soiling below ticket sample on back cover. Fine.
