Nice cover art of small parade w/frog in front twirling baton followed by Pogo who is playing a comb reading music attached to his hat plus large drum on his back being beaten by Albert who is smoking cigar and clashing cymbal waking up sleeping bug inside. Tiny crease at lower left corner tip o/w Exc.
