Base is brass with adjustable bands and small triangular cut-outs at each side. Top has 4 prongs holding plastic flicker so that when ring is moved his eyes and mouth move a little bit and an object in his right hand appears and disappears. About 50% luster remaining on the brass bands. Flicker top is clean and with just a tiny rub dot at the center which hardly shows at all. c. 1952 and likely from Power House Candy. VF.
