4x5" hardcover w/60 pages in bw w/story art on every other page. Blue Ribbon Press ©1934 King Features Syndicate Inc. Center has choice full color pop-up of Popeye. The pop-up is intact, usually found loose in this miniature pop-up book. Cover shows lt. wear/aging, 1/8" chip to bottom of spine, .25" sliver off top of spine. Fine+. Pages are lightly tanned w/age but clean and VF. Scarce.
