2.25" showing him with pipe in mouth and putting on a blue jacket. Small bit of faint yellow tone around the third letter of his name. Center has slightly raised line caused by bar pin on reverse and outer edge at 6 o'clock and 10 o'clock have pair of extremely faint and small gray marks that hardly show. Reverse is missing most of the silver flashing but no rust. The right reverse edge has some tan spotting but we've mentioned the only faint marks that show from the front. Probably 1970s but issued for purpose unknown to us. Only one we've seen.
