Item Description
Lot of two 11x14" lobby cards for the original 1941 release of the Columbia serial starring Warren Hull as The Spider. Title card for feature has text noting "Based Upon The Spider Magazine Stories." Looming art image of The Spider w/guns drawn and large spider on his chest looming over the Statue of Liberty as eye patch-wearing villain cowers in corner. Lt. handling wear/aging. VF. Second card is for Chapter 14 "Suspicious Telegrams" and has eye patch-wearing villain extending hand toward woman who stands beside turban-wearing scientist. .25" and .75" tears along right margin w/moderate corner wear. VG overall.
