Item Description
30x48" c. 1980s promotional item from Quaker Oats Co. and Cap'n Crunch and Life cereals. Raft is composed of heavy canvas and was available for retailers and large grocery chains, thus scarce as not produced for retail sale. Clever promotion linking Cap'n Crunch as a sea captain character w/Life cereal, resulting in this life raft. Graphics/text on one side only. Made in Taiwan. Well made w/roping threaded throughout metal grommet along raft perimeter. Comes w/two 42" long plastic paddles, each is threaded and comes apart for easy storage. Raft and paddles appear unused. N.
