Inked initials on back cover. Fine w/aged but VF pages. "Dick Tracy And The Frozen Bullet Murders" #9 ©1941 Chester Gould. Cover shows wear at corners and at top and bottom of spine. Fine/VF w/VF/N. Mint pages. Nice tight binding. Overstreet value for pair in stated conditions exceeds $300.
