Item Description
2.5x4.75x1" deep box. Came in a green version w/full color art, this is cream version w/bw/red/fleshtone box art. Hinged lid has images of Annie and Sandy on left, right and main panel w/image of them w/Daddy Warbucks who says "What Is The Correct Time, Annie?" Each art panel features Annie looking at her watch. Harold Gray name on main panel. Interior of hinged lid has upside down text. As it appears, box lid was applied backwards. To remedy this, separate card was issued w/same text as an insert. Lt. wear. Choice, Exc. condition and complete w/insert. Box contains 1x1.5" rectangular silver luster metal case watch issued in 1935 by The New Haven Watch Co. Dial features full body image of Annie who arms are pointing at 3 and 11 o'clock. Case has wear on back but much luster remains. Crystal has yellowed and has small trace of aging to dial. Watch is overwound and not running, would benefit from a cleaning. Overall Fine. Comes w/original maroon leather band which shows wear. VG. Rare w/box.
