.25x13.75” box flat ©1966 National Periodicals Publication, Inc., ink stamp at bottom reads “Aug. 15, 1966.” Inset Batsymbol has Batman periscope offer and entire back panel is dedicated to this premium, showing nice comic image of Batman holding premium which shows The Joker in viewer. Premium was available for 60¢ with 2 box tops. Box side has been folded along scored center line and is unused file copy. N. Mint.
