Item Description
4x4.75x1.25” deep box contains trio of bisques distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt Corp. Made in Japan, c. 1934 King Features Syndicate Inc. Included here are Maggie, Jiggs and Nora, each standing about 4” tall. All have incised “King Features” copyright on backs. Nora has moderate paint flaking to portions of her red dress. Fine. Remaining 2 in set have lt. wear and dust soiling. VF/Exc. overall. Box has nice color label with character specific illustrations showing Nora, Maggie and Jiggs. 1.5x2.75” moisture stain to box lid label. Box has some handling wear. Fine-. Scarce set and rare as boxed.
