Striking 1.75" featuring text and the state seal design all in gold which is slightly raised above the surface of the cream bkg. paper. Rim reads "The Motion Picture Industry Of The State Of New York." No backpaper or makers name but likely 1920s. Unusual manufacturing style and first we've seen. Exc.
