Item Description
18x30.5” tall by 12.5” wide inflatable figural punching bag in the shape of Al Capp’s famed Shmoo character. Red vinyl with yellow accents including “Shmoo” name on body. ©U.F.S., Inc. Unmarked but c. 1950s. Comes with original separate slip-in weight to hold punching bag upright. This is slipped in pouch on underside as produced. Still holds air well. Some scattered area of discoloration on right side of Shmoo’s face but o/w Exc. Large and impressive Shmoo item. Scarce.
