Item Description
First is 6" long painted and glazed ceramic depicting Uncle Scrooge in bed. Dollar bill decals appear on the bed sheet plus bills sticking out of his hat and pillow case. Front reads "Uncle Scrooge Bank." A Dan Brechner exclusive ©1961. Missing trap. Tiny traces of wear but glossy and VF. Second bank is 8" tall painted composition and 1960s version marked "Japan" on underside rather than the later "Korea" issue. Scrooge stands in front of large sack of money. Tiny decal flake to dollar symbol on bag but Exc. and complete w/trap. Nice pair.
