Auction #198 Part I
Item numbers 1-499 in auction 198
Item Description
Brass ring with narrow adjustable bands features raised image of Bugs Bunny on the top. He is finished in brass but with white enamel paint accents on his ears and tiny red dot on his nose. His right arm is individually formed and his hand holds a carrot with the leaves at the end accented in green. The arm is a separate piece and can be moved up and down to make it appear as if he is chewing on the carrot. Brass surfaces have a little scattered darker tarnish although most nice gold luster remains and nearly all the color accents remain. No text of any kind. Almost certainly from the late 1940s. Rare and only example we've seen or know of.
