Cover features Captain Marvel standing with Captain Midnight with word balloon “Meet Captain Midnight, Greatest Ace Of Them All!” to which Captain Midnight replies “Thanks, Captain Marvel!” Inside front cover has the Captains with arms about each other and gives list of radio stations playing Captain Midnight radio program. Issue presents the origin of Captain Midnight. Moderate handling wear with pinch creases/small 1/8” to .25” tears at spine with creases to cover. Top staple loose. Good/VG. Overstreet value = $450.
