Issue #11 published Feb., 1941 by Fawcett Publications, Inc. Great Bulletman cover showing him flying towards careening bomb. Cover has moderate handling wear with tape repairs along majority of spine which has .25x1” sliver missing at bottom of front cover. 1” piece of tape on front cover in upper right corner. Penciled name on title. Back cover features “Red Ryder Cowboy Carbine” Daisy air rifle ad. Comic features first appearance and origin of Minute-Man. Good. Overstreet value = $263.
