Silver luster plastic base has clear plastic panel on the top over a closeup bw paper photo of him. Ring is of the vending machine issue style. Some very fine scratches on the plastic cover but barely showing. Facial area has some air trapped between the cover and the photo but small variation in color tone just looks like a little shadowing. Minor loss of a few silvering dots on the ring base. Overall VF and first we've seen.
