Item Description
2.5x3.25" very thick and heavy metal buckle with muted silver luster finish on the bare metal areas but with highly glossed metallic red enamel paint on the lettering and he wears and enamel paint white hat against glossy black enamel paint bkg. Underside has pair of metal plates, one reading "Limited Edition 1,512 of 10,000." Second one reads "Made Under License 1990 Roy Rogers Enterprises Inc." Impressive and Mint as issued. First we've seen.
