Heavy gold chain necklace suspends 2” dia. thick gold metal luster medallion with relief image of Sinatra and text “Opening Night Oct. 26, 1974 - Frank Sinatra In Concert.” Reverse features image of “The Colosseum “ with additional text “Nick J. Mileti Presents.” Scarce single day event souvenir for opening night of the Richfield Colosseum which was built(in Northeast Ohio between Cleveland and Akron and has since been demolished) and ran by Mileti. This show was Sinatra’s biggest single performance payday of his career at $250,000. Great 2-sided medallion. Full luster. N. Mint.
