2-3/8" tall in white metal with raised center circle holding metallic foil insert. Foil has small dot of black color off above his ear but hardly noticeable. White metal probably had brighter silver luster but surfaces are clean and in a steely-gray tone. Reverse vertical pin has brown oxidation on its surface but remains flexible. The construction of the piece is very similar to our preceding item and likely also dates to about 1950 or maybe late 40s. Only example we recall seeing. VF and Rare.
