Striking 1.25" in black and silver showing image of a large shield inscribed "Victory Theater Dick Tracy Club." Surface has two very small raised cello bumps at upper left and far right has pair of barely showing pinpoint excess black dots as done in the printing. Front displays totally clean and glossy. Reverse has small fold-over bending of the collet along the left side so the collet is not perfectly circular but this does not interfere at all with the front appearance of the piece. No backpaper but curl has name of maker "Philadelphia Badge." c. 1937 and only the third we've seen. Rare.
