1.5" tall in embossed tin with very bright and near complete silver luster. We don't know much about this character but we have seen another piece with his name. First time we've seen this piece designed as a shield denoting the rank of "Captain" and with sponsor's name "Bierley's." 1930s. Rare and Exc.
