Item Description
1930s. First item is 8.25x11” “Pilot’s Creed” on parchment-like paper. Issued by Richfield. Signed by recipient who is certified as a “Full Fledged Pilot Member Of The Jimmie Allen Flying Club.” Lt. handling wear. VF. Second is 5.75x7.75” fan photo issued by Skelly. Two versions of this photo exist, the image is identical but the inscription differs and this is rarer variety with Christmas greeting from 1934. Moderate handling wear/aging including corner crease. VG. Remaining 2 items are 2 different membership cards, each 2.5x4”. Both have typed/inked members’ names. First is issued by Skelly. VF. Second is variety previously unknown to us and not listed in “The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia By Ted Hake." This card has no sponsor’s name and features facsimile signatures of both Speed Robertson as Advising Commander and Jimmie Allen as Commander in Chief. Lt. aging and faint 1” edge crease. Fine.
