Brass bands hold high relief soft rubber head which has a metal rod running through it and a pair of translucent pink balls at each end which can be twisted to change the figure's facial expressions. Very tiny tip of rubber off the very tip of his nose although hardly at all noticeable when viewed directly from the front. More noticeable when viewed from the sides. Rubber areas of this ring were very susceptible to dirt accumulation but this example is quite clean. No luster on the brass bands but surfaces are clean. Fine.
