Extensive lot of eighteen 5.75x8” glossy paper, 4-page publications. Issues are 3-16, 18-20, 22 from 1938-1939. These were issued by various bakeries with title on front cover of each “The Happy Home-Makers Weekly” and each features an article of interest to the homemaker. The 2 inside pages are bw, 1 a list of featured bakery food items and the other features different illustrations of Mickey promoting and delivering baked goods. The back cover of each has title “Mickey Mouse Travel Club News.” Each features a continuing story of Mickey and Donald trekking across the US along with a pair of “states” cut-outs featuring small images of the characters. These were meant to be mounted on the travel club map, a premium which is much rarer than the 1937 Race Around The World map. Three issues have moderate scattered wear but Fine. All others Exc. Difficult to obtain this many issues at once.
