2.75x3.75" stiff sheet of tin plate has elaborate image of eagle between images of candidates w/text below each reading "For President Grover Cleveland/For Vice President Adlai E. Stevenson." Reverse has lengthy text explaining tariff issue. "A McKinley Tariff Object Lesson. This Card Is Made Of Import Tin Plate. It Weighs 100 Pounds Per Box And Sells In New York City For $5.20. Out Of This Amount The U.S. Gov't Receives $2.20 By Virtue Of The McKinley Tariff/The Democratic Party Says The Consumer Pays The Tax." Additional text explains costs to consumers and workmen. Text concludes "Vote The Democratic Ticket For Tariff Reform." Images on front are detailed and bright. Minor luster loss overall. VF.
