Item Description
Very interesting painted and glazed ceramic cookie jar with high relief design has base dia. of 7” by 7.5” tall. Complete with original rattan handle and removable lid. Unmarked but 1950s. One side features Donald as a train engineer on top of locomotive while other side depicts Chip and Dale gathering acorns. Lid has design of acorns and leaves plus flower petal handle. Also has flower petal knobs on sides that hold the rattan handle, one of these has a small 1/8” glaze flake. Couple of additional tiny glaze nicks to raised design but only noticeable when viewed closely. Still displays Exc.
