7.25x9.5" w/212 pages © 1944 The Bobbs-Merrill Co. This book is a reprint of the classic L. Frank Baum tale w/illustrations based on the classic illustrations of W. W. Denslow. There are seven full color illustration plates. Issued five years after the M-G-M film. Book does not have dust jacket but hardcover features nice illustrations of the four main characters and the Emerald City on the front cover as well as a portrait of Wizard on spine. St. aging to spine, lt. tanning to pages but is VF.
