Item Description
2.5" dia. Made of lead. Face has image of Liberty head and reads "Bullion Value 1896." Reverse has eagle and reads "Sixteen To One/We Don't Think." Anti-Bryan money was made to illustrate the issue of the gold standard vs. silver standard. The consequences supposedly would make coinage very large in size. Exc.
