She holds a flag in one hand and a long trumpet in the other, all surrounded by yellow sunburst above fortress-like entryway with the gates thrown open and the word “Welcome” above. Additional text reads “Fun/A Red Hot Week/Fun/June 26th to July 1st Inclusive Street Fair And Midway.” Trivial 3/16” cut on backpaper. N. Mint, displaying Mint.
