Item Description
Nice pair of Occupied Japan toys from the 1940s. Bellhop is 4” long depicting celluloid figure with tin arms attached to tin litho suitcase with built-in key. Suitcase marked “Billy Boy” along with facsimile travel stickers. Works and designed to appear as if he is pushing the suitcase around, legs move. Car is 4.75” long painted tin with driver that has tin body and celluloid head. Depicted wearing hat and tie. Trunk opens to expose wind-up mechanism. Works. Both are Exc.
