From same series as #1664-1665. ©1932-33. 48 pages. Unlike the other 3 books in this series which feature Floyd Gottfredson bw daily strip reprints, this features full color Sunday page reprints by Gottfredson from 1932 and 1933. Features stories “Dan The Dog Catcher, Mickey’s Nephews, Lair Of Wolf Barker.” Book includes first appearance of Mickey’s nephews and an early Goofy appearance. Blank inside front/back covers have inked name and address. Cover has moderate scattered margin wear with lt. creases and traces of aging. Front/back covers also have small scattered surface paper rubs. Bit of penciling on front cover along spine edge. Cover remains bright with strong color. VG. Title page has margin wear including .5” sliver missing from right edge and pencil outlining to illustration. Contents have additional scattered margin wear and aging but pages remain quite clean overall. Contents VG/Fine. Overstreet value in Good = $214; Fine = $856.
