Item Description
Complete set of 32 bw photocopies, each 8.5x14" of the Carl Barks art hand-colored by Marie Severin, the famed EC Comics colorist. Pages have been colored using Dr. Martin's dyes and bear Severin's pencil notations. Beautifully colored, classic story is the complete 32-page count as story was edited to 28 pages. Bark's complete story was restored for the first time and presented in the Carl Barks Library Set 2 in Nov., 1986. This was the only story in that version of the library done in color. Scattered lt. handling wear to margins, art areas remain bright, bold and Exc. Great content for this classic story adapted from 1952 Donald Duck cartoon. Unique.
