Item Description
Lot of 4 each about 7.75x10" with 3 on cardstock and 1 on textured paper. 1943 front features small illustration of duckling in diaper holding "1944" card. Card opens to reveal 1944 calendar surrounded by choice color illustrations of Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Three Pigs, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Joe Carioca and Panchito. Mickey Mouse wears Santa Claus suit. 1944 has choice full color The Three Caballeros art. Small illustration on front cover of village children. Card opens to reveal 1945 calendar along with illustrations of additional village children, senoritas, The Three Caballeros, Pablo Penguin, Gauchito and his Burrito. Mostly white covers have scattered aging/dust soiling but are Fine overall. 1945 with front that reads "Walt Disney, His Staff And All The Folks 'Make Mine Music' Wish You The Best And Happiest Of New Years." and is surrounded by musical notes. Card opens to reveal 1946 calendar surrounded by illustrations of characters from the film plus tiles "Willie The Whale, Casey At The Bat, Peter And The Wolf," others. Mostly white cover has overall light trace of aging but still N. Mint. 1946 with full color illustrations. Front depicts Bobby Driscoll and Luana Patten on director's chairs with puppy between them. Card opens to reveal 1947 calendar plus illustrations of characters from "Song Of The South, Fun And Fancy Free," and "How (So) Dear To My Heart." Illustration on back is back view of Br'er Rabbit walking away. Faint 1.25" crease to upper right corner of card front but still displays N. Mint.
