These 3 buttons from 1965 are the only large buttons that were produced for this smash hit show. On the curl of each is the MGM 1965 copyright and also the designation “Button-World Mfg. Inc. B’rlyn 36, N.Y. Official Licensee.” One 3.5” button pictures character “Illya Kuryakin” played by David McCallum who now stars as the forensic pathologist Ducky Mallard on the TV show “NCIS.” The second 3.5” button shows character “Napoleon Solo” played by Robert Vaughn. This has trivial 1/8” cello split on the back but o/w displays Mint. Both characters are pictured on the rare 6” button which has cardboard back and bar pin. Front has extremely shallow and smooth slightly dented area at the center of the name “Napoleon” but just a little noticeable to the touch and hardly showing visually. The 6” button is Exc.
