8x14.5” felt with silk-screened design showing Capt. Marvel flying with clouds below him. ©1948 Fawcett Pubications, Inc. Top and bottom corners on left edge are cut at angles as made. Yellow felt shows some lt. trace of aging but silk-screened design shows no wear and pennant is Exc. overall.
