Item Description
2.5x10” woven ribbon. 3” wide embossed brass eagle with crossed flags hanger. Appears in Sullivan/Fischer as GC14. Text reads “Tammany Hall/Inauguration Of Cleveland And Stevenson/March 4th, 1893.” Extremely attractive design including Tammany Indian and tiger head. Detailed image of Capitol dome below. Woven at top back of ribbon is manufacturer name “Breen, 220 Grand St. New York.” Tiny .25x.75” stain top left and lt. stain below “Hall” over 1.5x1.5” area and couple dots below the flag, but vast majority clean and bright. No pin on original hanger but Mint luster. Well made. Scarce and Fine.
