11.5x18”. Hake #3005. Script text below portrait reads “William McKinley, Ohio.” Left margin has remnants of 3 black cords once used to hold flag to a rod. Small bit of tan spotting in upper right quadrant of circle and 3 tiny dots in shirt/jacket area. Still displays beautifully and a rare item.
