1.5x4x2" tall by A. C. Williams, 1930s. We have seen this in solid red including handlebars but this is a much more attractive variety w/movable nickel-plated handlebars and silver accents including raised lightning bolts on each side. Has white rubber tires. Tires have slightly aged w/a few very minor hairlines but remain structurally sound and totally intact. Has small scattered paint flakes, small traces of paint wear to the silver accents but all paint remains totally bright and glossy. Overall over 90% paint remains. VF. Great cast iron toy.
